When you call to book your 1st personal training session with SHPT, its "PERSONAL" right from the word go!
An initial FREE half an hour consultation will enable you to meet Sarah, face to face and talk about the specific fitness journey you are looking for. This is an integral initial part of your personal training package. It gives you the chance to meet your personal trainer and start that positive working relationship STRAIGHT AWAY.
Nutrition plays a key role in ANY fitness journey and this is an area that will most certainly be addressed. As part of your Personal Training package an eating plan will be provided to you, irrespective of what your overall targets are. 80% of our outcomes are what we physically put into the body. What we eat and drink. 20% is the exercise component. Sarah describes this whole process as a little bit like baking a cake. "If you get the ingredients wrong, that cake simply will not rise, no matter what you do! So why would you have exactly the same expectations from your body?"

Typically an hour in duration the training sessions are formulated specifically for YOU. Whether you are planning to lose weight and get fit for a specific event; looking to enhance your existing fitness levels for a specific sporting event; or simply just to generally feel physically and mentally stronger- this is the perfect "well being" life solution for you.
FITNESS HAS GOT TO BE FUN!
Goals and targets have always got to be taken seriously, otherwise we simply would not achieve them! Sarah prides herself with being able to gift her clients with her infectious energy and humour. If you are having a bad day, you can guarantee Sarah WILL have you feeling physically and mentally better in next to no time.
Personal Training can be worked 1-1, 2-1 or for larger groups. Different price ranges are applied but this can be discussed during an initial enquiry.
There is a "Premium fee" for personal training carried out on a weekend and unsociable hours- for example super early morning get ups!
Depending on your location, travel fees may have to be accounted for and applied, but again, this can be discussed on your initial enquiry.
You can train once a week; twice a week; once a fortnight; once a month- if the availability is there, you can work the sessions which ever way best suits your work/ life balance.
Sarah Hallworth prides herself on her in stringent cancellation policy.
Your initial consultation is FREE. Once booked, if you need to cancel, you must give 24 hours notice to cancel or the FULL personal training fee is applied. This remains the same for personal training sessions that you then go on to book.
